Welcome to a unique cultural heritage at the Royal domain of Drottningholm, Stockholm. Our aim is to perform new productions of 17th and 18th century opera in original settings.
A turquoise candlestick in Rococo style or a glittering hairslide. A commedia dell'arte mask or chocolates for the theatre. A good book on Gustaf III's actors or a Baroque opera on dvd. You can find masses of presents and souvenirs for all ages and prices in the Theatre Shop.
The theatre programme book, cds and dvds of operas and books both new and not so new are all stocked here, as well as fans and jars with patterns taken from the theatre interiors. The finest paper model of the theatre stage and scenery are also available to make for yourself!
Opening hours: May-August 10.00-17.00, September 11.00-15.30. The shop is open during intermission on matinée days and until 19.30 when there is an evening performance.
