Over and above the State grant for the theatre we are always (and always have been) in need of other funding to be able to develop and strengthen our position as a festival opera of international rank. In this unique theatre building we want everything to be of the highest quality, from the condition of the scenery, the fabric of the costumes and the gleam of the lights to the voices of the soloists, the sound of the orchestra and the training of those who look after our audiences.
There are several ways of supporting the work of the theatre – by means of a gift or donation, membership of Drottningholmsteaterns Vänner (the Friends of Drottningholms Slottsteater), or sponsorship. More details can be found under these different headings.
